PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA KARYAWAN PT ISS INDONESIA CABANG MEDAN AREA RUMAH SAKIT BUNDA THAMRIN
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine whether organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work motivation of PT. ISS Indonesia branch of Medan Area Bunda Thamrin Hospital. The population in this study were employees of PT. ISS Indonesia branch Medan Area Bunda Thamrin Hospital, amounting to 42 people. In this study samples were taken using saturated sampling technique. The saturation sampling technique is the technique of determining the sample when all members of the population are used as samples. Data obtained from 42 respondents conducted through questionnaires, then processed through simple linear analysis, product moment, R square test, coefficient of determination, and t-test to find out whether there is a significant influence of organizational culture on employee motivation. This study found that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work motivation.
