Mengelola Stres Kerja Pada Generasi Z
Abstract
This study explores the factors that cause work stress in generation Z or iGeneration or the internet generation. This study explores work stress in the generation Z workforce, by placing social support as a predictor variable and job insecurity as a mediating variable that is expected to be able to explain the influence to reduce the phenomenon of work stress, especially in productive age workers. The study used quantitative analysis with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS software. The research sample was 97 generation Z employees aged 18-28 years. The results of the study found that: (1) Social Support does not have a negative effect on Work Stress; (2) Social Support does not have a negative effect on Job Insecurity; (3) Job Insecurity has a positive effect on Work Stress; (4) Social Support Affects Work Stress through Job Insecurity Mediation.
