Pola Komunikasi Perwiritan Khairunisa Untuk Meningkatkan Minat Mengaji Di Masjid An-Nur Kelurahan Sei Sikambing C-II
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the communication patterns used by Perwiritan Khairunisa to increase the interest in Quranic recitation at An-Nur Mosque in Sei Sikambing C-II Village. The research method employed is a qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. Various communication patterns, including one-way, two-way, multi-way, and virtual communication, were explored in depth. The research results indicate that these communication patterns are intensively used to encourage Perwiritan members to participate in Quranic recitation activities. Two-way and multi-way communication patterns were found to be more effective in building deep interactions and motivating members to be more active. However, the study also identified several obstacles hindering member participation, such as difficulties in meeting with members who work outside the home, member relocations, and delays in mandatory fee payments. The conclusion of this study is that effective communication patterns are crucial in increasing the interest in Quranic recitation among Perwiritan members. Diverse and adaptive communication strategies are needed to overcome various obstacles and enhance member participation in Quranic recitation activities. This study provides valuable insights for religious organizations in their efforts to increase member participation and engagement.
