EFEKTIVITAS PENERIMAAN PAJAK REKLAME DAN KONTRIBUSINYA TERHADAP PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH KOTA TEGAL

This research aims to understand and describe the level of effectiveness of Advertising Tax revenue on Tegal City Regional Original Income in 2019-2022. Advertising Tax revenue in 2019-2022 has proven to be very effective, with an average effevtiveness level of 107,2%. In 2019, the peak effevtiveness rate reached 118,5%. This high performance is due to the good implementation of Regional Government policies and an effective advertising tax collection process. However, in 2022, the level of effevtiveness will decrease to 94,5% due to a decrease in the advertisement tax revenue target caused by the policy of structuring and controlling advertisements in Tegal city. However, participation in advertising tax is considered to be still lacking. So it can be concluded that advertising tax does not contribute to PAD because the realization of advertising tax it self is not enough to be the main indicator contributing to local original income, however, if the realization of advertising tax is combined with the realization of regional taxes as a whole then the realization of regional taxes certainly contributes to local original income Tegal city.

Determine the demand for MSME credit in Indonesia which is influenced by interest rates, per capita income and inflation.

The research objective is to determine the demand for MSME credit in Indonesia which is influenced by interest rates, per capita income and inflation. The data used is secondary data sourced from the website of the Central Bureau of Statistics and Bank Indonesia. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression equations. The research results obtained a constant of -53.544, namely interest rates, per capita income and inflation are considered constant, so it can be predicted that MSME credit is 53.544. The per capita income variable has a positive effect on MSME credit demand. Meanwhile, interest rates and inflation have a negative impact on the demand for MSME loans in Indonesia. The test results for the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.953 or 95.3% for the interest rate, per capita income and inflation variables can explain the demand for MSME credit in Indonesia, while the remaining 4.7% is influenced by other variables not examined. The partial results of the t test per capita income have a significant effect on the demand for MSME credit in Indonesia while interest rates and inflation are not significant on the demand for MSME credit in Indonesia. The results of the F test simultaneously interest rates, per capita income and inflation have a significant effect on the demand for MSME loans in Indonesia.

Dampak Wisata Air Panas Sipoholon Terhadap Kesejahteraan Masyarakat

This research is intended to describe how the impact of Sipoholon Hot Spring tourism on people's welfare. This study uses descriptive and qualitative methods using the 2019 Central Bureau of Statistics indicators which are summarized in seven indicators. The results of this study, namely the level of welfare of the people around the Sipoholon Hot Springs tour, from 30 informants, it was found that most of the people belonged to the not-prosperous category, with 23 informants (76.6%), 7 informants (23.3%) belonging to the prosperous category. This indicates that the family condition of the community around Sipoholon Hot Springs is included in the category of poor or not prosperous.

Dampak Bendungan Batang Toru di Kecamatan Pahae Jae Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara

This study aims to describe whether the construction of the Batang Toru Dam has an impact on socio-cultural and economic aspects in Parsaoran Nainggolan Village, Pahae Jae Sub-district, North Tapanuli Regency. This study used a paired t-test to analyze the data. The results showed that the construction of the Batang Toru dam has had an impact on economic aspects (changes/opening of employment opportunities, increasing agricultural yields) and socio-culture (increasing the sense of community and interaction between communities) for the community. This research aims to determine the influence of Relationship-Oriented Leadership Behavior and Work Discipline on the Effectiveness of Organizational Change at PT. This research is aquantitative descriptive research with a questionnaire instrument with a population of all PT employees. Paya Pinang Medan as many as 78 people. By drawing samples using total sampling or saturated samples, a sample of 78 people was obtained.

Relationship-oriented leadership has a significant effect on the effectiveness of organizational change and is the dominant variable influencing the effectiveness of organizational change at PT Paya Pinang Medan, with a sig value <0.05.
