Abstract

Given the side effects of the examination, conversation, and the objectives obtained, accompanying recommendations can be given; This investigation plans to examine the impact of the work environment and motivation on morale—a population of 245 individuals with a sample of 71 respondents. Given the consequences of the t-test, the work environment variable (X1), the estimated tcount>t table - 1.129 <-1.667, and the significance value for the work environment is 0.263> 0.05. It is quite possible to argue that the work environment variable has a negative and tremendous impact on morale in PT Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi Brastagi Gatsu Supermarket Medan. While the motivation variable (X2) has count 4,910> t table 1,667 and a significance value for the motivation of 0,000 <0.05, it can be concluded that the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on morale at PT Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi Brastagi Supermarket Medan. Based on concurrent testing (F test) using the F test, it shows that work environment and motivation (autonomous) factors together have a positive effect on the independent variable (morale).
